INGREDIENTS

cucumbers, peeled and cut into ¾ inch slices~ carefully scoop out center of
each slice, leaving the bottom intact
8
oz. smoked salmon, flaked
8
oz. chive flavored whipped cream cheese (though regular would work too)
1
teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
White
pepper, to taste
1
clove of garlic, minced
Splash
of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine
all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse repeatedly until all the ingredients
are blended and the mixture is smooth.
Pipe mixture into cucumber cups and garnish with fresh dill.
